Collingwood Batchellor launch Swan at Horsham and Haselmere stores
Collingwood Batchellor have gone live with Swan Sales Order Processing at two of their Furniture stores in Horsham and Haselmere. When they ordered the system from Swan they had some specific requirements in the areas of Interest Free Credit, VAT free sales, and Customer Deliveries direct from supplier. Swan sat down with staff from Collingwood and specified these requirements. The software was then developed and the result is that the Swan system now provides this functionality as standard, which has delighted the users at Collingwood.
