Will Swan Retail interface to my existing POS system? 

Yes, Swan's generic POS interface will be able to be adapted easily to interface to most legacy POS systems

Will Swan adapt functionality in the main system to suit my specific needs? 

Yes, if we can do this without affecting the core system.  We want to keep this standard so that support and future upgrades can be carried out efficiently and at minimum cost

Will I get upgrades free of charge? 

Yes, and new versions of the system will be installable via the internet

Will Swan help with data conversion from my current system? 

Yes, Swan has developed some flexible data import programs that make data conversion much less costly than in the past
